As a Digital Marketing Agency based in London, we are already in one of the most competitive locations in the world and 18 months ago, we faced a big decision – to continue competing with the big names, offering similar services/packages, or to turn the tables and change the way we conduct ourselves and the way we bill our clients.
We decided to be bold and chose the latter. Not only have we survived but we have thrived and we have gone from working with 4 clients a month to 30+ clients in industries varying from Fitness & Health, eCommerce, Culture and Education to Legal & Finance.
With us being a relatively new Digital Marketing Agency, our challenge was to build brand awareness, increase our keyword rankings and generate a regular stream of conversions.
With our own in-house SEO experts, we undertook an initial analysis of our website and identified the following key issues;

- Lack of An Online Presence Compared To Our Competitors.
- Unclear Metadata
In order to address these challenges, firstly we carried out a website revamp which involved us developing the onsite content, introducing a Small Business focused content strategy, improving our contact options by installing Calendly and improving our internal linking. This led to an increase in keyword rankings and overall performance with a substantial increase in online enquiries.
We then set upon developing a Digital PR (Link-Building) Campaign which involved producing relevant content for Small Businesses such as Facebook Advertising, Pay Per Click and Social Media to ensure maximum appeal. This campaign allowed us to build powerful links which has boosted our rankings, thus increasing our website traffic and online enquiries.
