The Challenge

The Voice Inspirer was founded by award-winning Vocal Coach, Sarah Hayhurst. Mother, Wife, Author and Twice Nominated Olivier Award Vocal Coach, Sarah has an MA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and founded the Voice Inspirer to with the aim of helping 10,000 women in the UK find their voice in the boardroom and beyond by 2020.

As a start-up business, The Voice Inspirer faced a number of initial challenges from building brand awareness amongst its target audience, establishing itself within the marketplace, to attracting new customers.

Solution

The Voice Inspirer was keen to work with an agency who would be invested in their overall vision and could see what Sarah and the team were trying to achieve. The Good Marketer was appointed for this reason but more importantly, it was due to our personal approach and our ability to provide a full service from Google Ads to Email Marketing, allowing Sarah to focus on what she enjoyed – the creative side.

The key to the success of this relationship was Communication. After undertaking a half day initial strategy session, we began to understand who the ideal target audience of The Voice Inspirer is, who their competitors are and what they are looking to achieve. Taking this information in to account, we then set upon creating, managing and optimising a cross channel digital advertising campaign spanning, Google Ads, Facebook and Email Marketing.
